Colas 56078 has been having a busy time. On Friday it travelled light engine from Westbury to Burngullow near St.Austell and brought the railvac machine to Exeter. It then made it’s way back to Cornwall, to Bodmin, where it was a guest engine at the Bodmin & Wenford preserved railway’s Diesel weekend. It returned to Exeter early Saturday evening. Later in the evening it took the Railvac to Plymouth for it to work overnight before finally this morning returning the Railvac to it’s base at Westbury. That is 6 times it has passed through Dawlish in 48 hours!

Looks like the “co-pilot” in the loco is a keen photographer!
