Quite a busy period whilst waiting to video the empty cement tanks on their way back to South Wales.

First seen was the local Paignton-Exmouth stopping train led by 153377 with an unidentified 2-car Class 143 on the rear.

This was followed by the non stop 1C79 Paddington-Plymouth HST which passed through the station at the same time as the 1A85 Plymouth -Paddington HST

HST 43022 The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Diamond Anniversary 1956-2016 leading the London bound express.

With 43163 and it’s “Visit Plymouth” vinyl advertising on the rear.

Finally the train I wanted to video arrived a few minutes early which was Colas 70807 with 18 PCA tank wagons. It’s early running was lost as it had to slow at Langstone Rock for the local service seen at the start of this post to regain the main line from it’s station stop at Dawlish Warren and keep ahead of it..
