Thank you all for your patience over the past 24 hours. We’ve had some serious issues with our cloud player service.
Our cloud player is the system that plays the content across all devices.
Those of you on tablets may not have noticed any disruption while those of you on computers would not have had any players working.
As our cloud player is ran by a 3rd party company based in America I’ve had trouble contacting them to fix the issue. However once business had started today in the US, I was able to get the problem promptly solved and back up and running within minutes.
It’s very rare for the whole cloud player to malfunction and I only remember only 1 other instance within the past 2 years.
Apologies once again to all those that have been unable to watch Dawlish Beach and as a result of the problem I’ve not slept for the past 24 hours.
So now all systems are back up and running again I will bid you goodnight as I’m struggling to stay awake. 🙂
