You may have seen some notices over our website to visit us on Halloween for a trick or treat.

Well it was actually just a treat for you with our brand new Salty Cottage cam.

It is located on a holiday let cottage on Ivy Lane next to Back Beach in Teignmouth.

The new camera uses the very latest in technology so when the sun sets are visible on the camera during the summer months, you will still be able to see everything else in the shot rather than it just being a silhouette.

To see any marine vessels in the area please use the Marine Traffic website.

A big thanks to Andrew Bulpin from Dawlish Warren Tourism and Leadstone Camping for putting us in contact with Sandra from Salty Cottage and also a big thanks to Jill and Paul from Salty Cottage for helping set this project up.

Thanks to Dave Brown from Lockwood House Camping for helping out last minute and Steve Combstock, Painter and Decorator for the loan of his ladders. It nearly didn’t happen today if it wasn’t for these two.
