After last night’s promise of a decent sunrise today, i thought i really ought to be up and running in time to catch a few pictures to share. We have quite a nice couple of days to look forward to with plenty of sunshine in the forecast. There is however the chance of some lively conditions towards the end of the week with some 20 mph + easterly winds currently forecast. The strongest conditions are due on Saturday but as the line is closed for engineering work again we won’t be seeing trains disrupted or washed.
